About Stone County Court Docket

Stone County court dockets and case records are held by separate court custodians. The Circuit Clerk, Chancery Clerk, Justice Court Clerk, and Wiggins Municipal Court Clerk each keep a different part of the local court record. This private reference resource identifies the right official channel for a case, setting, docket sheet, or copy request. It does not operate any court record system.

Why We Built This Site

Mississippi uses separate Circuit, Chancery, Justice, and Municipal Court paths. In Stone County, the Circuit Clerk maintains the Circuit Court case docket and judgment roll, while the Chancery Clerk maintains Chancery matters. Justice Court and Wiggins Municipal Court have their own clerks. MEC/PAMEC can provide electronic access for participating Circuit and Chancery cases, but it is not a free anonymous statewide search. The purpose is to identify the proper official office before a search or records request begins.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to a Mississippi court, clerk, or state agency. Its limits are clear:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the custodian of the originating Stone County court record can issue an official or certified copy. A docket reference is not a substitute for that official document.

Search Partners

Some pages contain third-party search tools. Their operators set their own prices, results, and data practices. A paid signup may generate a referral fee for this resource, but the originating court or clerk always controls the official docket and record.
